Andrew Blain
St. Elizabeth Physicians Administrative Fellow
Andrew is a Cincinnati native who began his health care career as a physical therapist working in a variety of clinical settings around the Cincinnati area. While working as a physical therapy clinician through the COVID-19 pandemic, he completed a Master’s in Health Services Administration through Xavier University. Andrew’s career interests include operations and strategy within integrated health care systems, value-based care, data analytics, and quality and process improvement. In his spare time, he enjoys all things outdoors including running and hiking as well as cheering on his favorite Cincinnati sports teams.
Selma Cikaric
St. Elizabeth Healthcare Administrative Fellow
Selma is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, but has grown up in Northern Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Family Sciences. In addition, she earned a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. During graduate school, Selma worked as a Workforce Initiatives intern with a local non-profit known as The Health Collaborative. There she assisted the Workforce Innovation team with creating steady pipelines into a myriad of healthcare professions. Selma’s professional interest include strategy, population and community health, and government relations. In her free time, Selma loves reading, snuggling with her cat Louie and trying new coffee shops.
Morgan Fischer
St. Elizabeth Healthcare Administrative Fellow
Morgan is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin but has moved around the Midwest area the past few years, ultimately, landing in Northern Kentucky area. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri, and furthered her education by receiving a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. During her graduate studies, Morgan worked in the HR department at OrthoCincy, learning the intricacies of employee relations, recruiting, hiring, compensation and benefits. Her professional interests include operations, strategy and patient access. Beyond her career, Morgan enjoys the outdoors, swimming, and spending time with friends, family, and their fur babies.
Ashwin Nariani
St. Elizabeth Healthcare Administrative Fellow
Ashwin Nariani received his undergraduate degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., with a B.A. in Psychology. In addition, he completed his Master of Health Administration (MHA) at the prestigious Sloan Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Ashwin spent over a decade working abroad in the non-profit sphere.
