“I would say my field chose me! St. Elizabeth puts the right people in the right places: they look at your skills and talents to place you in a role that is best suited for you. I have always been able to understand people, and was able to apply my customer service skills to the Registration department.”

Tamara Thomas, Manager Registration

“I first came to St. Elizabeth when my youngest son was born. I remember I was impressed by the service, and being an IT person, the technology. My thought was, “One day I’ll work here.” A few years passed and that thought is now a reality: I joined St. Elizabeth seven years ago and I’m not looking back. This is a great place to work.”

Arturo Vega, Senior Software Systems Analyst

“The best part of my job is knowing what a difference my coworkers and I make every day by keeping our environment safe and clean for the patients and their family members. The most rewarding part is that it allows me to help others while finding opportunities for career development.”

Tina Bayless, Lead Housekeeper
