After completing the orientation, most new hires in clinical positions are assigned a preceptor to help guide them and ease their transition. Other departments assign a “pal” who will show them around the department and where to locate things.

Tuition Reimbursement

All full- and part-time associates are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six months. Full-time associates are eligible for up to $4,000 per year and part-time associates are eligible to receive up to $2,000.
