The Endoscopy Nurse Fellowship (ENF) is an exciting new orientation program at St. Elizabeth. The program begins with eight classroom days consisting of lecture, skills lab, simulation, Epic Op-Time training, reading assignments, and progressive knowledge assessment. The orientee receives 45 ANCC contact hours for completion of course didactic. Once classroom training is complete, the orientee will participate in an individualized orientation program with provision of learning experiences designed to augment entry level endoscopy practice. The program focuses on clinical rotation with a highly skilled preceptor covering all areas and roles of the Endoscopy unit.
Required:
KY/IN license required to start any RN position in that state.
Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
Flexible to work at any of the SEH Perioperative Services sites. There is an on-call and weekend commitment.
Contracted 24 month commitment required.
