Reports to Practice Manager, the Hospital Medicine Specialist is responsible for supporting hospital-based physician and mid-level provider location(s), including employee supervision (if applicable), and meeting and/or exceeding organizational goals and objectives relating to operating budget, quality, patient experience, provider satisfaction, and revenue cycle management. The Hospital Medicine Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, physicians and other visitors he/she encounters, both in person and on the phone. EDUCATION:
Minimum: H.S. Diploma/GED
Desired: Associate degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
2+ years experience in a medical office, patient facing role.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum: Must have a valid drivers license for travel between office sites.

The Hospital Medicine Coordinator is a highly visible position that is always responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, physicians and other visitors he/she encounters, both in person and on the phone.
