Overview
St. Elizabeth Physician’s Greendale Office is seeking a skilled and compassionate independently licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting, helping patients manage and overcome various emotional and psychological challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions in an outpatient setting.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patient needs and goals.
Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and patient records.
Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.
Participate in case discussions and team meetings to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health and integrate evidence-based approaches into treatment.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
Current and valid licensure in Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, mental health disorders, and treatment strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
