Works with leadership across the recruitment continuum along with the Human Resources team. Builds strong relationships throughout the company, multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be highly organized. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Job Duties:

Recruitment:

  • Complete all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, résumé review, applicant processing, screening, interviewing, facilitating offers, and providing a positive customer experience for Manager and above positions.
  • Generate candidate flow through various methods including referrals, social media, college recruiting, networking and internet job boards
  • Post and maintain consistent presence on various job boards, social media, and college/university career centers.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with applicants, facility or area nurse training programs and nursing leadership.
  • Organization-Wide Strategy- Identify and execute projects and initiatives aimed in support of the strategy set by Senior Leadership and the Board.
  • Assists in the coordination of compensation activities such as facilitating salary calculations and job reclassification by consulting with compensation and management in the analysis of job responsibilities, job audits, job descriptions and preparing personnel requisitions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the operation and organization and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for satisfactory performance of all assigned areas of responsibility. Ensures efficient job application processing and hiring of qualified job candidates for the Health System.
  • Works to support the quality initiatives with the recruitment function.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualificaitons:

Education, Credentials, Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field to human resources. Master's degree preferred

Specialized Knowledge: Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal and state laws & regulations. Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System. Farmiliarity with PeopleSoft or other HRIS system desired. Financial knowledge including variance, FTE and productivity.

Kind and Length of Experience: Two years of experience in recruitment. Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment. Three to five experience in recruitment preferred.
