St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a growing, well-respected Primary Care practice supported by St. Elizabeth Healthcare, an award-winning, integrated health system. Position Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team. This physician will play a highly visible role within the practice and the community, consistently creating a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership.
Physicians are supported by St. Elizabeth Physicians’ administrative and clinical infrastructure while contributing to shared clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
Ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
