Shift & Hours: Nightshift, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am; Part-time, 24 hours weekly.

Facilitate processes on a daily basis to expedite patient movement within the hospital and to accept new patients in the healthcare system without delay. While collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, and adhering to patient centered care principles, facilitates transfers of patients throughout the organization. Coordinates, prioritizes and optimizes patient flow activities. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
BSN or BS in related field. If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence. Licensed RN in state where work is being performed.
Specialized Knowledge:
Excellent communication/negotiation skills. Ability of work independently, interdependently and set priorities. Demonstrates the ability to initiate, accept and adapt to change. Possess critical thinking skills.
Kind and Length of Experience:
Two years nursing experience including one year of Critical Care, TCU, ICU or Emergency Department experience. One year of Supervisory/Management experience i.e. Charge RN, Team lead, ANM.
