The best career is right here.St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Hospice Care Coordination position located at our Edgewood campus.
Shift/Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/weekly. Shift hours are from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on the weekends and can vary from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm or from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm through the week.

The licensed registered nurse is a professional nurse who is responsible and accountable for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients utilizing the nursing process. This is accomplished by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to established ethical/cultural codes and standards of nursing practices and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes. Must demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed. Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses. Valid Drivers license.
Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrates advanced assessment skills appropriate for home care environment, ability to function independently; knowledge of community resources.
Kind and Length of Experience:
2-3 years of RN experience in a hospital or care facility setting.
