The Coordinator of Innovation, Quality & Integration works directly with HVI leadership and physician council chairs and members to design work plans & processes that will improve efficiencies of the division and improve overall patient care. This position is responsible for closely monitoring key quality metrics and ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives and physician goals. This role works closely with HVI leaders on strategic initiatives, large scale process improvement projects and special projects incorporating innovation and technology into solution sets.

Duties to include:
Drive execution and completion of clinical and non-clinical goals and targets in collaboration with HVI leadership team and clinical councils.
Analyze, implement and manage clinical performance improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Spearhead implementation of process designed to close gaps in quality result vs target by applying tools and techniques of continuous performance improvement.
Identify opportunities for improvement within HVI while developing and orchestrating a plan for improvement.
Actively participates in HVI Council meetings. Supports councils with data accessibility, quality improvement, and dashboards
Utilize appropriate tools and templates to track goals, support strategic initiatives and special projects (PDSA).
Collaborate with quality management and the Data analytics team on collecting, cleansing and analyzing data.
Articulate project goals and how metrics associated with initiatives impact key performance indicators throughout HVI, creating regular status reports/dashboards and leadership updates.
Analyze quality data regularly to identify trends and changes and present updates regarding issues.
Support HVI accreditation efforts overall and specifically around action planning and standard compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external groups related to quality initiatives. May serve as the facilitator for group work or as the HVI representative for these projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Bachelors degree in Nursing
Specialized Knowledge:
Hospital and/or ambulatory practice process and procedures
EPIC inpatient and/or ambulatory platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and Teams
Kind and Length of Experience:
4 yrs. experience in diverse clinical settings such as hospital and/or ambulatory environments including quality, analytics, and innovation responsibilities
