Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in providing strategic HR support to our organization. This position will involve collaborating closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

A minimum of two years of experience with employee relations required. This role does have the flexibility for a hybrid work schedule.
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Business Administration Or related discipline required.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
    Strategic HR Consulting: Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
    Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    Talent Management: Work with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
    Organizational Development: Collaborate with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
    HR Program Management: Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Change Management: Support business leaders in managing organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
    HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key HR indicators and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Compliance: Stay current on relevant HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
    HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
    Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.
