Orientation
As a new associate, you know how overwhelming your first days at work can feel. At St. Elizabeth, we offer a corporate orientation that teaches you about the organization, our policies and practices. After completing the orientation, most new hires in clinical positions are assigned a preceptor to help guide them and ease their transition. Other departments assign a “pal” who will show them around the department and where to locate things.
Tuition Reimbursement
All full- and part-time associates are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six months. Full-time associates are eligible for up to $4,000 per year and part-time associates are eligible to receive up to $2,000.
Your Career
Some departments have built-in career ladders. Others have multiple levels, which builds both skills and hourly wages. In all areas, you’ll work with your manager to determine your career plan and how to reach your goals.
Internal Transfers
We are eager for you to grow and explore new areas of interest. In 2020 alone, St. Elizabeth processed 558 internal promotions.
