“I started almost 12 years ago as a Room Service Ambassador while finishing my Communication Studies degree. I was promoted to Nutrition Services Supervisor, where over the next eight years I developed a lot of professional skills and experience with patients. That motivated me to pursue a career shift into Human Resources, where I’m now an HR Operations Analyst.”

“I first came to St. Elizabeth when my youngest son was born. I remember I was impressed by the service, and being an IT person, the technology. My thought was, "One day I'll work here." A few years passed and that thought is now a reality: I joined St Elizabeth seven years ago and I'm not looking back. This is a great place to work!”

“Every day I feel that St. Elizabeth proves that it cares just as much about the community as it does for its workforce. The remarkable experiences that I have had while at St. Elizabeth could not be matched anywhere else. I always feel that I am valued as an associate as well as an essential part of the success of the organization.”

“After being a stay-at-home mom for seven years, St. Elizabeth took a chance on me with the newly-developed Room Service program at Edgewood. I was an Ambassador for four years and was then promoted to Supervisor. Being able to “climb the ladder” so quickly is beyond anything I had previously experienced! St. Elizabeth has grown and shaped me into a better person - I truly found my niche and realized that being a servant to others is my calling. ”
- Heather Jerolaman, Supervisor, Nutrition Services

“I joined St Elizabeth in the mid 90’s unkowing where my career path would take me. This organization has provided me with incredible higher education opportunities, job growth and stability over the years. I am grateful to work in a value driven culture of leadership and peers that continue to challenge and inspire me every day.”
- Julie Hocker, Assistant Director, Nutrition Services

“My management team provides me opportunities to tailor my role to best utilize my strengths and skills in coordination with the rest of my team. They’ve also advanced my professional and leadership development. I'm passionate about the work I do and the medical advances our system is making in our region. In my role at the Foundation, I connect with the community by showing the impact of our associates and donors in improving the health of our families and neighbors through storytelling and community outreach. I’m proud to be a part of that!”
- Mary Tignor, Communications Coordinator, St. Elizabeth Foundation
